A healthy travel snack…

We are getting ready for a road trip.I’m getting all of the loose ends tied up before we leave.  

Today I’m preparing healthy food and snacks. I am making Organic Coconut/Almond Butter Energy Bites. There is so much nutrition packed into these yummy treats.  

I love that I can quickly put these together without cooking or baking them. Nothing but raw goodness!

My girls absolutely love them and think I am really doing something special when I make these. I really feel like I’ve hit a home run when our girls ask for more! Raw ingredients like these fuels and feeds our bodies.

It makes me feel so thankful and happy that my girls love these wonderfully delicious, nutritious snacks. I really don’t have measurements for this, I just put it together to my liking. These are good just as they are at room temperature, but I like them even better just out of the freezer.
